Shipping & Returns
Plain terms, no fine-print games. Here's how orders get to your bay and what happens if something's off.

Lead times
We run two fulfillment tracks, and every product page tells you which one it's on before you add it to the cart.
- Stocked items (plain black towels, stock fresheners, dash-wipe canisters) are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier in 1–3 business days.
- Custom items (laser-engraved towels, printed fresheners and dash wipes) run 3–4 weeks from the moment you approve the digital proof. Proof turnaround is usually 1–2 business days after you upload art.
Mixed carts ship together once the longest lead time is met, unless you ask us to split the shipment. Need it sooner? Email hello@washmerch.combefore you order and we'll tell you straight whether your timeline is doable.
Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat $14.95 per order, and it's free on orders over $250. No weight-based math, no surprise surcharges at checkout — you see the same number whether you're buying a case of towels or a pallet of them. The flat rate shows on the cart before you pay.
We ship within the contiguous United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, or anywhere off the mainland, reach us at hello@washmerch.combefore you order and we'll work out the freight.
Tracking
Every order gets a confirmation email when it's placed and a tracking number when it ships. If you have an account, you can see status and tracking under your orders at any time.
Returns on stocked items
Non-custom items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Towels must be unwashed and in resellable condition — we resell returns, so a folded stack we can put back on the shelf is the bar.
- Start a return by emailing hello@washmerch.com with your order number.
- We'll send a prepaid label for defects or our error. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is on you and we'll deduct it from the refund.
- Refunds post within 5–7 business days of us receiving the items back.
Custom items are final
Once you approve a proof, custom production is final sale. We're cutting your logo into real product, so there's no shelf to put it back on. That's exactly why we don't produce anything until you've signed off on the proof — review it closely. Check spelling, logo placement, and color call-outs before you click approve.
The one exception: if we produce something that doesn't match the proof you approved, that's on us. We'll remake it or refund it. Send photos to hello@washmerch.com within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged or wrong shipments
Freight gets handled rough sometimes. If a box shows up crushed or the count is off, photograph it before you unpack and email us within 5 business days. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund — no runaround.
